Processing Time:
Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 1-2 business days.
Pre-order items take 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.
All orders take around 6-10 business days to deliver.
Shipping Details:
Tracked shipping included for all orders.
International orders may incur customs/VAT fees (customer’s responsibility).
Provide a phone number at checkout for delivery contact.
Order Changes:
Wrong shipping address? Email support@unpractical.ca immediately with your order number. If the package has shipped, contact the carrier directly.
Item/size changes? Request via email ASAP—no guarantees if the item is sold out or in production.
Delays/Lost Packages:
Shipping times vary (see product descriptions for estimates).
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment. Contact the carrier for assistance.
No Returns or Refunds
All Sales Are Final – No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Sale/discounted items and pre-orders cannot be returned.
Wrong/damaged item? Email support@unpractical.ca within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Missing item? We’ll refund out-of-stock items; the rest of your order ships.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may:
Repay shipping to resend, or receive a partial refund (order total minus shipping + restocking fees).
Important Notes
Check sizing charts carefully before ordering—no size exchanges.
Track your package—we’re not responsible after shipment.
