Our goal is to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and ensure prompt and efficient delivery of your orders. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Pre-made Items: will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, please allow 6-10 business days for your package to arrive.

Pre-order Items: please allow 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

• All international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties, customs, fees related to their shipment.  

• All sales are final if the item is on sale at a discount. 

• All orders come with tracking numbers. 

• Sizing charts are given on each product page, so please check and double-check sizing before ordering, exchanges are only available for select pieces.  

• All items are premade unless specifically listed as "Preorder"

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns for store credit only and exchanges for items of equal value. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with tags and original packaging
• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible
• Available for orders within Canada and the U.S. only
• Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs

How to submit a request:

1. Fill out our Return & Exchange Form with your order number

2. You’ll receive return instructions via email within 1–2 business days if approved

3. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit or your exchange will be processed
