We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and clear delivery expectations.

Fulfillment time vs shipping time
The shipping option selected at checkout (Standard/Priority) refers to transit time after your order ships.
Fulfillment time (processing time) is how long it takes us to prepare and dispatch your order before it ships.

Fulfillment times
In stock (pre-made) items
Most in stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Some in stock items may take 7 to 14 business days to ship.
*Your most accurate estimate is shown on the product page in the “WHEN WILL THIS ITEM SHIP?” box. If that estimate differs, the product page estimate applies.

Pre-order items
Pre orders typically take 3 to 4 weeks for fulfillment before they ship.
After your pre-order ships, the shipping method selected at checkout applies.
Your most accurate pre-order estimate is shown on the product page in the “WHEN WILL THIS ITEM SHIP?” box. If that estimate differs, the product page estimate applies.

International duties and customs
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties, customs, or import fees.

Tracking
All orders include tracking once shipped.

Final sale
Discounted sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Sizing
Sizing charts are provided on each product page. Please review sizing before ordering. Exchanges are only available for select pieces.

We offer returns for store credit only and exchanges for items of equal value. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

If approved, you will receive return instructions by email within 1 to 2 business days
Once received and inspected, store credit or your exchange will be processed

We are not responsible for missing, stolen, lost, or tampered packages.
